Choose your available slot and book your private hour for £60. 2. Tell Josie your favourite textures, products, colours and budget in the booking form. 3. Join your Google Meet call for live demos and advice, then shop through the website whenever you're ready. £60 is for the appointment only. Products are purchased separately; there is no obligation to buy. The appointment fee is not deducted from your order. Evening and weekend appointments: Mon–Fri 5–8pm, Sat 1–8pm, Sun 10am–8pm (UK time), subject to availability. Last start: 7pm. BONUS DETAILS £100 minimum product spend after discounts, excluding delivery and the appointment fee. One bonus per paid appointment; no cash alternative. Add your appointment name or reference to your order notes so we can match it. Product demonstrations depend on stock availability. Cancellation: statutory cancellation and refund rights apply. Where applicable, you have 14 days from booking to cancel. Appointments taking place within that period require your express request to begin the service early and acknowledgement that the cancellation right ends once the service is fully performed. If we cancel your appointment and you do not accept an alternative, your appointment fee will be refunded.
